A professional with a university degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. Additional qualification in customs, IMMEX, Annex 24, or international logistics will be positively valued. The LOGISTICS SPECIALIST will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing all inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international, ensuring cost efficiency, legal compliance, and timely delivery of project materials. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and schedule shipments at both national and international levels in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Negotiate with logistics providers worldwide. Manage and track shipments in transit from origin to destination, communicating status updates to project management, sales, and other stakeholders. Resolve inquiries from internal clients and external providers regarding shipping issues, transportation services, and shipping strategy. Develop reports and dashboards to improve supply chain visibility and communication (e.g., allocation, tracking, KPI reporting). Develop controls and performance metrics to help meet project milestones. Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations, specific modes, and directions related to shipments (e.g., Customs, security, other import/export regulatory agencies). Candidate Profile Requirements: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. 5 years of experience in supply chain management, especially in logistics/transport management within international industrial companies. Extensive knowledge of Mexican customs operations, IMMEX, and compliance with Annex 24. Experience in managing logistics documentation (DUA, customs declarations, invoices, packing lists). Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP R3 (MM/LE) or similar ERP systems. Fluent English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken. Availability to travel internationally to suppliers and company facilities. Preferred: Knowledge of IMMEX/Annex 24 digital systems/software (e.g., EDI platforms) will be a plus.
