Business Manager

We are currently seeking a Business Manager to join our team. A strong business acumen is required for prospecting new clients, as well as negotiation skills for securing new projects and the strategic and operational management of a team, ensuring its recruitment, development, and performance within the organization. The position also includes the financial management of the project, including monitoring profitability, with the goal of optimizing the area's financial results. It also involves teamwork with different departments, such as Recruitment, Organizational Development, and Technical Management. Activities: Secure the opening of new accounts. Generate a pipeline of potential clients. Present and sell the company's services to clients. Negotiate with clients and candidates. Responsible for leading projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsible for providing the necessary resources for projects. Develop an action plan to achieve objectives. Requirements: Engineering degree (automotive, mechanical, industrial, or related field). Minimum one year of experience in sales (prospecting, client follow-up); specific experience in selling engineering services is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and results-oriented skills. Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. Conversational English.
