Desirable experience in distribution sales project operations. Customer sales and partner expansion oriented Strong communication skills and influence Able to effectively coordinate internally and organize collaborative efforts across relevant business Preferred experienced with enterprise management tools for project management Possesses strong learning ability, achievement orientation, and a strong sense of purpose and value. Responsibilities: General: Responsible of business distribution at the representative office, primarily targeting regional distributors. Sales Strategy & Marketing : Promote regional products/solutions and develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase product availability through different distribution channels. Performance Management: Set sales targets for assigned territories, monitor sales performance, and conduct regular business reviews. Market Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and analyze customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies. Collaboration and Relationship: Enhances the sell-out capabilities of distributors building and maintaining strong relationships with national and regional distributors and key customers.
