A globally recognised law firm is seeking a talented Associate to join its London-based Corporate & Finance team. The practice advises a wide range of clients—including private equity sponsors, alternative capital providers, corporates, and boards—on complex, cross-border transactions across the capital structure. The team is known for its integrated approach to private credit, special situations, M&A, and capital markets, and regularly handles high-value deals involving hybrid instruments, strategic investments, and distressed assets. Role Overview This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will support a broad mix of corporate finance matters, including private equity, debt and equity financings, and strategic M&A.
