Engineering Quality Inspector (CMM & Metrology) | Deeside, Flintshire | Full Time | £16.00 – £19.00 per hour Our client's company was established in 2008 and offers a full turnkey engineering service covering Design & Development, Fabrication, CNC Machining, Metrology, Assembly, Powder Coating Paint Facility & full Plant & Tool Maintenance service. They are seeking a meticulous Engineering Quality Inspector (CMM & Metrology) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that manufactured details meet the required quality standards before they are released to customers or the next stage of manufacture. Are you the right person for the job? Must have experience in using CMM and measurement arms with software Must have a good understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes Experience in using manual measurement equipment (micrometres, verniers, etc.) Proven experience in quality control or a related field Familiarity with quality assurance processes and techniques Ability to analyse data and draw relevant conclusions Strong attention to detail and organisational skills What will your role look like? Conducting thorough quality checks on manufactured components Carrying out in-process and first article inspections Using manual measurement tools such as micrometres and verniers Operating CMM and measurement arms with relevant software (preferred) Analysing inspection data to determine product conformance Documenting and maintaining accurate inspection records Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues What can you expect in return?
