Job Description
A leading global financial institution is currently seeking an experienced Senior Change Business Analyst to join their London-based office within the Regulatory Operations Change Team. The client is currently delivering a major programme focused on MIFID Transaction Reporting and other non-financial regulatory regimes. This role will support the execution and oversight of change management activities across the UK and EU regions, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and driving strategic transformation. Details: Start date : ASAP Duration : 12 months Rate : £600pd - £725pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella Location : London Hybrid: 3 days in the office Key responsibilities: Extensive experience in financial services is essential, particularly within global markets trading and investment banking operations. Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting regimes - in particularly MIFID II. Knowledge of capital markets products , including cash securities, exchange-traded derivatives, and OTC derivative products. Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, etc.) and lead planning sessions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and facilitate decision-making.
