With continued growth and investment, they are now looking for an Engineering Manager to drive performance, compliance, and development across their engineering and maintenance teams. In this role, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams across several operational sites, ensuring the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement projects. You will work closely with senior management to implement strategic engineering initiatives and support the rollout of best practices across all locations. Regular travel between sites will be required. This role would therefore suit an experienced Engineering or Maintenance Manager with a background in industrial, manufacturing, or processing environments, who is looking for a challenging and rewarding leadership position within a well-established organisation.
