• DevOps Engineer • £45,000 – £55,000 per annum DOE • Manchester | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) Our Manchester-based client is growing fast and investing heavily in their cloud and automation capabilities. They’re now looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help shape and scale a modern, secure infrastructure that supports thousands of users every day. You’ll join a progressive tech environment that encourages innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement. The DevOps Engineer will design and manage cloud platforms, automate delivery pipelines and enhance system reliability — making sure every deployment runs smoothly, securely and at speed. Role Highlights Build efficient CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or GitHub Actions Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform modules for reusability and scalability Design, automate and maintain AWS infrastructure (Lambda/EC2/ECS/S3). Containerise and orchestrate applications with Docker. Working day-to-day with Linux systems. Provide a high level of Infrastructure support, troubleshooting complex issues as they arise You Will Need Experience working with DevOps Tools such as Terraforms, Jenkins, Ansible. Strong knowledge of AWS services and Terraform configuration Experience with Linux infrastructures, CI/CD tools, scripting and automation Proficient in one or more scripting languages (Python, Powershell, Bash). Solid understanding of networking and core internet protocols.
