This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their Leeds studio , taking the lead on a range of complex and sustainable developments — from major mixed-use regeneration projects to innovative education and healthcare schemes. You’ll be part of a supportive, growing team where collaboration and technical creativity are genuinely valued. The Role As a key member of the civil engineering team, you’ll: Lead and manage multiple civil design projects from feasibility to completion. Deliver drainage, infrastructure, and public realm design to industry standards. Mentor junior engineers and technicians, supporting their professional development. Liaise directly with clients, local authorities, and design teams to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee project quality, resourcing, and profitability. Contribute to proposals, bids, and technical reports. About You We’re looking for a hands-on engineer who enjoys both the technical challenge and the leadership aspect of project delivery. You’ll ideally bring: A degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline). Proven experience in development infrastructure design . Knowledge of Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, or Causeway Flow . Experience delivering sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and flood risk assessments. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Chartered or progressing toward ICE / CIWEM / IStructE status. A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and genuine enthusiasm for sustainable design. What’s on Offer Competitive salary £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE) .
