Banking & Finance Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) Location: Glasgow Team: Tier 2 – Banking & Finance Salary: Highly competitive salary The Role This is an opportunity for a Banking & Finance Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join a Tier 2-ranked department at a highly renowned international firm in Glasgow. You’ll work alongside some of the most highly regarded Banking Lawyers in the UK, advising on high-profile transactions for leading financial institutions, corporates and borrowers. The Work You’ll gain exposure to a broad mix of transactional Banking and Finance matters, including: General Corporate Banking Leveraged and Acquisition Finance Real Estate Finance Structured Finance Lender-side and borrower-side representation on high-value and often complex transactions Working with teams ranked highly in the L500 and Chambers on UK and international deals Supporting on large-scale transactions while handling your own matters with supervision This is a role where no two days are the same , offering variety, responsibility and the chance to build technical expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.
