Senior Human Resources Manager

Partner with senior leadership to deliver effective HR solutions across employee relations, resourcing and organisational development. Support strategic projects, including diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and engagement programmes. Provide trusted guidance to partners and managers on all people-related matters, ensuring compliance, consistency, and best practice. Requirements Strong HR leadership experience within a law firm or professional services environment, with a track record of developing and delivering people strategies. Expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including talent management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee development. Proven experience leading HR technology projects and using data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
