About the Role We are seeking two talented Mid-Level Urban Designers to join our London studio and contribute to a variety of international masterplanning and urban design projects. You will work closely with architects, placemaking specialists, and other designers, helping to develop high-quality design solutions that positively shape the urban environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and present concept designs, masterplans, and high-quality design materials. Produce visualisations, drawings, models, and reports to support project delivery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and innovative design solutions. Contribute to design discussions and project development, maintaining high standards of quality. Support project documentation and ensure accurate records are maintained. About You Professional degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture, with a Masters in Urban Design. 3–6 years’ experience in urban design and masterplanning, ideally including international projects (Middle East experience is a plus). Proficient in Rhino. Knowledge of Grasshopper is advantageous. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Excellent communication and collaborative skills. Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments. Passionate about delivering high-quality, impactful urban design solutions.
