Press Brake Setter/Operator

We are seeking two skilled Press Brake Setters / Operators to join a leading manufacturing business based in Leicester. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting and operating press brake machinery to produce high-quality components to specification. Key Responsibilities Setting and operating press brake machines to meet production targets Working from engineering drawings to ensure accuracy of components Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards Adjusting settings to optimise performance and minimise downtime Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Supporting the wider production team as required About You Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter / Operator Ideally experienced with Safan Darley press brakes (training may be considered for strong operators on other machines) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment Whats on Offer Competitive hourly rate (£14.50 £17.00, based on skill and experience) Permanent shift pattern with no rotating shifts Opportunity to work with a well-established manufacturer Supportive team environment and long-term career potential How to Apply If you have the skills and experience required and are looking for a stable, rewarding role with long-term prospects, wed love to hear from you.
