Architectural Technician

Responsibilities Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD. Prepare schematics and technical documentation for construction projects. Collaborate with other consultants and clients to ensure design integrity and compliance with regulations. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide on-site support during construction phases. Maintain accurate records of project changes and updates throughout the design process. Experience Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD. Strong understanding of CAD principles. Experience in fit-out works in the food and beverage sector would be useful. A good knowledge of construction detailing. A good understanding of current Building Regulations, Local Authority planning process and other statutory requirements. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team members and clients. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work within deadlines.
