Key Responsibilities Commercial Leadership Analyse store performance and define strategic action plans to exceed sales and KPI objectives. Translate business goals into clear, motivating targets for the team, ensuring focus and accountability. Partner closely with HQ on product performance, stock optimisation, and local market insights to maximise commercial opportunities. Team Excellence Lead, inspire, and empower your team to deliver extraordinary results across service, sales, and operations. Conduct quarterly reviews to nurture professional growth and align individual objectives with business goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, enthusiasm, and excellence, where every team member feels valued and motivated. Coach and develop team members through consistent feedback, mentorship, and on-the-floor leadership. Lead daily and weekly briefings to communicate objectives, review results, and celebrate achievements. Ensure impeccable grooming and presentation standards, reflecting the brand’s prestige at every client touchpoint. Client Experience Champion an exceptional luxury experience that delights international clientele and deepens brand affinity. Lead by example as a true brand ambassador, cultivating meaningful and lasting client relationships. Oversee clienteling initiatives and CRM activities to strengthen loyalty and enhance post-purchase engagement. Ensure each interaction reflects the Maison’s core values of warmth, elegance, and attention to detail. Operational & Visual Excellence Oversee daily store operations with precision — from stock management and replenishment to floor presentation. Ensure seamless coordination of deliveries, inventory accuracy, and timely maintenance of the boutique. Partner with HQ and visual teams to uphold impeccable visual merchandising standards and seasonal animations. Guarantee compliance with company procedures and the highest standards of luxury retail presentation. Profile Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail management, ideally within luxury or premium fashion. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a natural ability to inspire and unite teams. Commercially astute, results-driven, and strategically minded. Deep understanding of international clientele and a passion for delivering world-class service. Fluent in English; additional languages are highly valued. Proficiency in retail POS systems, Microsoft Office, and professional communication tools. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a polished and professional demeanour.
