In-House Property Solicitor

Position: In-House Property Solicitor Location: Northampton (hybrid working on offer) Salary/Package: Market rate, plus car allowance, bonus & benefits New In-House Property Solicitor opportunity to join an established and highly regarded In-House legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a UK qualified solicitor with solid property experience to move into a busy and rewarding in-house role supporting land acquisition and residential development projects. The Role Reporting to the Legal Director, you will provide expert legal advice across a broad range of property and land acquisition matters, with a focus on: Advising on affordable housing transactions and land acquisitions. Supporting disposal matters and general land-related issues. Assisting with elements of planning and related development documentation. Collaborating closely with land, technical, and planning teams to ensure smooth project progression. This is a role offering exposure to a high volume of development work, supporting significant housing projects across the region. About You We’re keen to speak with: UK Qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, up to senior level (guideline only) gained in private practice or in-house. Strong background in either Residential and/or Commercial Property, development, or land acquisition. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in housebuilding, development, or affordable housing would be advantageous, but not essential for the right candidate. Why Apply? Join a large, existing in-house legal team.
