Interim part-time Finance Director | Growing PE business | Crosshands, Llanelli Our client is seeking an experienced portfolio FD to support them at a pivotal time in new investment, business change and future growth plans. Responsibilities: Review balance sheet integrity and reporting to Board. Assessing performance reporting metrics to meet requirements of investors. Preparation of Board packs. Presentation of financial performance reporting to Board. Manage finance function and support leadership team through a period of change. Skills, experience: Qualified accountant with proven experience at a senior leadership role in growing SME's Strong technical and hands-on financial reporting skills Preparation of Board packs and presenting to Board and external investors.
