About the Role You’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering high-impact features, working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to build products that make a real difference. Right now, the focus is on strengthening our data and analytics capabilities — so if you’ve previously worked on data-led projects or alongside technical teams, you’ll bring valuable experience to the table. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance strategy with delivery, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and momentum throughout the product lifecycle. What You’ll Be Doing Define and prioritise the product backlog in line with product strategy and goals. Translate user and stakeholder requirements into actionable development tasks. Remove blockers and maintain progress within Agile delivery cycles. Facilitate communication across teams to ensure smooth delivery and shared understanding. Support discovery work and identify opportunities to improve the user experience. ✅ What We’re Looking For Must-haves: Proven experience as a Product Owner , Product Manager, or similar role. Certified Scrum Product Owner qualification (or willingness to achieve one). Strong analytical and organisational skills with a focus on delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Confident prioritiser with the ability to balance competing demands. Comfortable working in Agile or Scrum environments. Nice-to-haves: Experience with data or analytics-focused projects. Previous experience working on SaaS or enterprise-scale software.
