The Role As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a mixed caseload of private family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation, and private children cases. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team with a strong client base and a reputation for providing compassionate and strategic family law advice. Key Responsibilities Managing a diverse caseload of private family law matters from initial instruction to resolution. Advising clients on divorce, finances, child arrangements, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. Representing clients effectively in negotiations and court proceedings when required. Maintaining high professional standards and delivering excellent client service. Building long-term relationships with clients and contributing to the department’s continued growth. About You Qualified Solicitor with 2 years’ PQE in family law. Experience handling privately funded family matters. Strong client relationship and communication skills.
