Location: London Working pattern: Hybrid Salary: £Excellent Level: Associate 2 PQE Who might suit this opportunity We are keen to speak with: corporate finance associates with a background across the corporate and structured lending space including experience of corporate restructuring and situation finance / fund finance. Lawyers with experience of advising major lending institutions, hedge funds and private equity houses in relation to complex bespoke debt and equity financings as well as hybrid capital investments. More about the department Recent examples of work include advising: A lender on a multi-billion euro recapitalisation; On a highly complex preferred share financing for a major player in the financial services sector; and On one of the most complex credit facilities for a global telecoms provider. The team possesses particular expertise in advising clients on highly complex cross border finance transactions including situation finance. In particular, the department acts for a number of special situations funds and investment banks across the debt and equity spectrum including distressed situations.
