Refrigeration Engineer

Company Description JS Refrigeration Services is a small, close-knit company operating throughout the South East. Due to increased workload, we are looking at recruiting an experienced refrigeration engineer on a permanent basis. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Refrigeration Engineer at JS Refrigeration Services Ltd. The Refrigeration Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a variety of refrigeration systems across the South East, ranging from small ice machines to large process chillers. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring systems operate efficiently. Providing excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining strong communication is also a key part of the role. This role will be primarily refrigeration, with little-to-no air conditioning work, so experience of the candidate must be suitable. What we're looking for 5 years experience in the refrigeration sector Maintenance & Repair skills Preventive Maintenance proficiency Strong Customer Service skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Level 2 NVQ in Refrigeration (or similar) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site visits
