Senior Project Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer to join a leading engineering consultancy based in Leatherhead. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities, ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders, and maintaining high technical standards across a range of complex projects. This position would suit a confident and proactive engineer with a strong background in project coordination and technical oversight within the energy or industrial sectors. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and be adept at managing multiple interfaces between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. A background working on TOTAL or Interface projects would be highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities Maintain effective communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Oversee the coordination and review of engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with design bases and client requirements. Monitor progress across disciplines, reporting key issues and technical concerns to the Engineering Manager. Support project progress by resolving technical bottlenecks and implementing lessons learned where appropriate. Participate in regular meetings with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to support successful project delivery. Benefits Hybrid working arrangement (three days in the office, two remote).
