Field Service Engineer

W&P Partners are supporting a leading fire & life safety business in their search for a Field Service Engineer/Fire Service Engineer. This role is ideal for an engineer with fire alarm servicing and maintenance experience, who enjoys working independently in the field, while providing excellent customer service. What youll be doing: Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on fire safety systems Responding to emergency call-outs and carrying out remedial works Fault-finding and system modifications in line with BS5839 Supporting installation teams where needed Providing a high level of customer service and compliance with industry standards What were looking for: Experience servicing or maintaining fire alarm systems Knowledge of BS5839 FIA training (foundation as a minimum, advanced desirable) Strong problem-solving and organisational skills Confident working in a field-based role, with good IT literacy Whats on offer: Competitive salary of £32,000 £38,000 Company vehicle, IT equipment, tools & PPE Stable MondayFriday working hours Opportunity for further FIA training and career progression If youre a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer looking for a supportive business where you can grow your career, wed love to hear from you.
