You’ll handle a manageable caseload of 80–90 mixed conveyancing files, covering sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You’ll be supported by a shared in-office assistant who takes care of all your admin, allowing you to focus on progressing your files efficiently. The firm uses Proclaim case management software.
