Job Title: Python Developer (Flask/Django) – 6-Month Contract Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Hybrid or On-site) Contract Duration: 6 Months Start Date: ASAP About the Role We’re seeking a talented Python Developer with experience in Flask and/or Django , and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular . This 6-month contract role is based in downtown Toronto and involves building scalable web applications and data-driven solutions in a collaborative, agile environment. Key Responsibilities Develop robust back-end services using Python (Flask/Django). Build responsive and interactive front-end components using React and/or Angular. Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Contribute to Agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 5 years of professional experience in Python development. Strong hands-on experience with Flask and/or Django. Solid front-end development skills using JavaScript, React, and Angular. Familiarity with cloud-based development, preferably Microsoft Azure . Exposure to Azure Databricks , Azure Data Storage , Delta Lake , and Key Vault is a plus. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
