Project Manager - Technology Transfer

Technology Transfer Project Manager Location: Cheshire Job Type: Full-time Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for bringing new technology into a manufacturing environment? This role offers the opportunity to lead technology transfer projects from development through to production, ensuring seamless integration into established processes. What you’ll be doing: * Leading cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, manufacturing, QA) to deliver projects on time and within budget. * Developing and executing comprehensive project plans. * Managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. * Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth project delivery. * Acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across departments. * Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. * Driving continuous improvement and lessons-learned initiatives. What we’re looking for: * Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). * 5 years’ project management experience, ideally in technology transfer or manufacturing. * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies. * PMP or equivalent certification desirable.
