Systems Control Engineer Location: Cheshire Job Type: Full-time Salary: £55,000 - £63,000 We are seeking a talented Systems Control Engineer with expertise in servo motors and sensor technology to join a forward-thinking engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and working on advanced machinery. What you’ll be doing: * Designing and developing control systems with a focus on servo motors and sensors. * Collaborating with electrical, mechanical, and software teams to integrate systems seamlessly. * Performing system modelling, simulation, and optimisation for high performance. * Developing algorithms for motion control, feedback, and sensor data processing. * Conducting validation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems. * Preparing design specifications, test plans, and documentation. * Staying ahead of industry trends in control systems and automation. What we’re looking for: * Degree in Electrical/Control Systems Engineering (Master’s preferred). * Strong experience designing and implementing control systems with servo motor and sensor expertise. * Proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB, Python, or similar programming languages. * Knowledge of drives, sensors, and advanced control system tools. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Industry experience in machinery, automation, or advanced manufacturing a plus.
