BMS Commissioning Engineer

Location: Preston Start Date: Immediate / October Start Duration: 3 Months (potential extension) IR35: Outside IR35 Rate: Competitive day rate (DOE) Project Overview: We're supporting a new BMS installation project in Preston and are looking for an experienced BMS Installation Engineer with solid Trend IQ4 experience to join the team. Key Responsibilities: Installation of Trend IQ4 controllers and associated field devices Cable pulling, containment, and wiring Panel terminations and control panel integration Working from electrical schematics and control drawings Liaising with the commissioning engineer to ensure a smooth handover Requirements: Proven BMS installation experience (Trend IQ4 essential) Ability to work independently and to project deadlines ECS or CSCS card required Full UK driving licence and own tools preferred Additional Info: Based on-site in Preston Monday-Friday working pattern Enhanced DBS advantageous but not essential
