Factory Worker Location: Plaxtol, Kent Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-time, Permanent Start: Immediate interview and start available About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Worker to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Plaxtol, Kent. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering stability, training, and progression for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the day-to-day running of the production line and general factory duties * Operate basic machinery and handle materials safely * Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company standards * Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team * Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Requirements: * Must have own transport due to the remote location * Steel-capped safety boots are essential * Previous engineering or production experience preferred but not essential — full training provided * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to work full-time hours and start immediately Benefits: * £12.21 per hour plus paid holiday , pension etc * Permanent, secure employment * 40-hour working week * Ongoing training and skill development
