Operations Engineer - Technology Transfer Location: Cheshire Job Type: Full-time Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 We’re looking for a hands-on engineer to support the transfer of innovative technologies from R&D into full-scale production. This is a great role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process optimisation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible results. Key responsibilities: * Developing and implementing technology transfer plans, including timelines and risk management. * Collaborating with R&D and manufacturing to ensure seamless process scale-up. * Providing technical support during new process introduction, including troubleshooting. * Analysing production data to identify and implement improvements. * Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. * Preparing technical documentation and training production staff on new processes. * Supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll bring: * Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline. * Solid experience in technology transfer, process engineering, or manufacturing operations. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Proficiency in process optimisation tools and data analysis. * Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies desirable.
