Senior Electrical Engineer

CCL Global are currently partnered with a leading international engineering consultancy seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join a major upstream development project based in Leatherhead, UK. This is a residential opportunity offering long-term career growth within a world-class project team — supporting the delivery of a new central processing facility as part of a large, integrated oil and gas development. About the Role You’ll lead electrical engineering activities across detailed design, procurement, and execution phases, overseeing EPC contractor deliverables for complex high-voltage and low-voltage systems. Working closely with the Engineering Manager and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll ensure compliance with international codes, project standards, and HSE requirements. About You * 15 years’ experience in electrical engineering within large-scale oil and gas or energy projects * Strong knowledge of international electrical design standards and codes * Proven background managing EPC contractor deliverables and design reviews * Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) * Excellent communication and coordination skills across global teams * Willingness to travel occasionally to site (approx. one week per quarter) Experience with totalenergies is also beneficial
