Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Building Services Location: London (covering a range of office sites) Salary: Up to £50,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Package: Company Van Fuel Card | Overtime Available | Training & Progression The Role: We’re partnering with a leading Building Services provider who are seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their team. You’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial office buildings in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with a strong electrical background who’s looking to join a company that genuinely invests in its people and offers real career progression. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on electrical and mechanical systems across multiple sites * Typical systems include lighting, power, emergency lighting, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and basic plumbing or HVAC plant * Communicate effectively with clients and the helpdesk to deliver a professional service * Participate in overtime or out-of-hours works when required What You’ll Need: * Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) * 17th / 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification * Full UK driving licence * Positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
