The Role This is a 360 recruitment consultant position, giving you the opportunity to manage the full recruitment cycle — from winning new business and nurturing client relationships to sourcing and placing top talent. You don’t need years of industry experience — if you’ve had a taste of recruitment and want to build your skills with the right support and training, this could be your chance to excel. What They’re Looking For * Previous recruitment experience (any sector), or a strong background in finance or supply chain & logistics with a real passion for recruitment * A proactive, results-driven attitude with excellent communication skills * The ambition to grow your desk and build lasting relationships What’s On Offer * Basic salary £27,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience) * Market-leading commission structure — earn up to 40% * Clear progression path and ongoing training * Supportive, professional working environment This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is serious about carving out a successful career in recruitment while specialising in a lucrative and professional sector
