Network Support Engineer

We are delighted to be working with a well respected Cambridge based professional services organisation. They are recruiting for a Network Support Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Key responsibilities will include: * Providing IT support to internal staff in conjunction with other members of the team * Installing and configuring network equipment * Maintaining network hardware infrastructure * Designing and planning upgrades * Managing and maintaining windows desktops and mobile devices * Escalating issues, where needed * Ad-hoc IT projects The successful candidate will have: * Experience in a similar role * Experience supporting a windows desktop environment * Knowledge of HP operating systems * A strong understanding of networking concepts * CCNA (desirable) * Excellent interpersonal skills If this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Jamie ASAP or apply via this advert!
