Air Conditioning Engineer Kent & Surrounding Areas £45,000 per annum Van Fuel Card Overtime Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week We’re on the lookout for an experienced and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing team working across commercial sites in Kent. This is a mobile role with a strong focus on maintenance, service, and repair of AC systems in offices, retail spaces, and other commercial environments. What You’ll Get: * £45,000 salary * Company van, fuel card & tools provided * Overtime available (paid at enhanced rates) * PDA / smartphone for job logging * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Uniform and full PPE provided Key Responsibilities: * Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a range of air conditioning systems (VRV, VRF, split, and multi-split systems) * Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to restore system performance * Carry out F-Gas compliant work in line with industry and legal standards * Complete accurate job reports and communicate effectively with clients and office staff * Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed on site * Covering commercial properties across Kent and occasionally surrounding areas What We’re Looking For: * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent) * F-Gas Category 1 qualified (essential) * Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc. systems preferred * Good fault-finding, servicing, and installation skills * Full UK driving licence * Strong customer service and communication skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and supportive company offering a great salary, vehicle, and work-life balance.
