CNC Miller Programmer We’re currently seeking an experienced CNC Milling Programmer on the outskirts of Coventry. Working on the production of one-off and low-volume prototype components. This is a hands-on, rewarding role for someone who enjoys variety, precision work, and the challenge of machining bespoke parts where no two jobs are the same. CNC Miller Programmer Key Responsibilities: * Programming 3/4/5 Axis CNC Millers (5 Axis Training can be provided) * Work from engineering drawings and specifications to deliver accurate, high-quality results * Generate CNC programs either offline using CAD/CAM software or directly at the machine using Fanuc, Siemens, or Hurco controls * Set up machines, load materials, and run test pieces to verify accuracy before full production * Monitor machining operations and make real-time adjustments as needed * Inspect finished components to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards * Perform daily maintenance and general upkeep of machinery CNC Miller Programmer What We’re Looking For: * Strong CNC programming and setting experience * Able to program either offline (CAD/CAM) or at the machine, depending on your skillset * Confident working from detailed technical drawings and using precision measuring tools * A methodical and detail-focused approach to producing high-spec, low-volume parts * Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and manage your own workload CNC Miller Programmer- What’s on Offer * £19.00-£21.00 per hour * Overtime paid @ x1.5 * 33 days holiday * 07:30-16:30pm Monday-Thursday / Friday 12:30pm finish
