Key Responsibilities * Undertake residential surveys and valuations for purposes including secured lending, acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio reviews * Produce clear, well-evidenced reports that reflect local market conditions and client needs * Build and maintain strong client relationships across the lending, investor, and developer sectors * Collaborate with internal teams across valuation, building consultancy, and project management * Assist in mentoring and supporting junior surveyors and APC candidates * Stay informed on market trends, legislative updates, and professional best practices * Contribute to ongoing business development and client retention Requirements * MRICS or AssocRICS qualified * Demonstrable experience in residential valuation and reporting * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry valuation tools * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally or regionally * Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to team success Personal Attributes * Commercially aware and results-driven * Organised, efficient, and responsive under pressure * Client-focused with a professional and approachable manner * Collaborative, with an interest in knowledge-sharing and team development What’s on Offer * Competitive base salary (£55,000–£65,000 depending on experience) * £5,000 car allowance * Discretionary performance-related bonus * Flexible and hybrid working arrangements * Ongoing CPD and career progression pathways * Inclusive and supportive team culture within a national business Ready to take the next step in your surveying career?
