Block Manager

We're working with a respected residential property management company who are looking for an experienced Block Manager to join their team. You'll oversee a portfolio of around 30 developments (c.1,500 units) across Surrey and Oxfordshire, acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, clients and residents. This is a hands-on role where you'll deliver a professional block management service while being supported in your ongoing professional development. What you'll be doing: Managing a mixed residential portfolio across Surrey & Oxfordshire Handling all aspects of block management, including service charge budgets Building strong relationships with leaseholders, residents and clients Working with property management software to keep everything running smoothly Attending site visits and meetings as needed What we're looking for: Proven experience in residential block/leasehold property management Experience in financial management, including service charge budgets Strong organisational and communication skills Good working knowledge of property management software TPI qualifications (or working towards) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle This is a great opportunity if you're looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to grow within a supportive company.
