CNC Setter/Operator Location: Cradley Heath Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Cradley Heath. Key Responsibilities: Set and operate CNC machines to produce precision components. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Perform routine machine maintenance and quality checks. Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure accuracy. Work to tight tolerances and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a clean and safe working area. Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator (Turning or Milling). Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
