Technical Manager Plastics This is an exceptionally exciting position with a global, award-winning HVAC manufacturer with a very established presence in the UK. They manufacture a range of innovative domestic and commercial HVAC products and keep ahead of the market with product research and development with a focus on sustainability. Based in their new, sustainable production facility in Maidstone, you will be responsible for managing all of the plastic production processes across their UK manufacturing including moulding, secondary operations like assembly, and facility improvements and work closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to make sure new products are ready for scalable, efficient manufacturing. You will report directly to the Head of Operations and this role has the potential for the right person to progress into that position in the future due to upcoming retirement. They are looking for someone with experience of new product introduction and process development in plastics product manufacturing. You will need strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills and be someone who enjoys bringing people together to deliver results. Some operational management experience will be advantageous.
