Roofing and Cladding Designer

We are recruiting for a Roofing and Cladding Designer to work on a permanent basis in Warrington. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience. Role & Responsibilities for Roofing and Cladding: We are seeking an experienced designer to work on a variety of roofing and cladding systems, tailored to project-specific requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Producing project-specific working and fabrication drawings. * Reviewing project drawings and specifications (from architects, structural engineers, etc.) and raising any necessary design queries. * Participating in design meetings both on-site and virtually. * Collaborating directly with clients, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the design process. * Coordinating with system manufacturers, suppliers, and installation teams regarding design requirements. * Managing material scheduling and procurement. * Conducting site measurements and surveys as needed. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to gain experience across other areas of the business. Experience & Qualifications for : * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a design-related role within the roofing and cladding industry. * Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding systems and associated design processes. * Excellent communication and coordination skills with both clients and internal teams.
