Private Equity Paralegal

We are working with an international law firm based in the city who are looking for a Private Equity paralegal to join them on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing firm and work alongside associates on junior NQ level work. Responsibilities: * Assisting with closing, * Assisting with filing and transaction document management, * Supporting the team liaising with opposing counsel, * Supporting Partners and Associates with updating precedents and legal research, * Undertaking searches Attributes/skills required: * Minimum of a 2.1 or equivalent at degree level * Completion of the LPC/BPTC * A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working within a corporate team in a similar setting
