Invoice Administrator Office-based | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (1-hour lunch) 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract £26,000 – £28,000 per annum (DOE) Are you a detailed-driven administrator with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for an Invoicing Administrator to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting their finance operations and ensuring smooth invoicing processes. Key Responsibilities * Manage and process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently * Maintain customer records and ensure data integrity across systems * Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve queries promptly * Support reporting and reconciliation tasks as required * Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial controls What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in a strong administrative role * Proficiency in Sage or similar accounting/invoicing software * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Strong communication and customer service abilities * A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently What You’ll Get * A supportive and collaborative team environment * Competitive salary based on experience
