Pitch Manager

We’re working with a highly respected, full-service law firm with an international reputation across M&A, Asset Management, and Dispute Resolution. The firm is seeking an experienced Pitch Manager to join its dynamic Business Development and Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with 5 years of experience in professional services business development who thrives on delivering high-impact, strategic pitches and proposals. Key responsibilities include: * Leading firmwide and strategic RFPs, transactional pitches, and panel submissions. * Crafting compelling, client-focused content and messaging. * Collaborating with Partners and BD colleagues to maintain pitch standards and best practice. * Driving innovation in pitch processes, tools, and collateral. * Managing opportunity pipelines and ensuring a consistent “one firm” approach. What we’re looking for: * Proven experience managing complex pitches within a professional services or advisory environment. * Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder skills. * A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to coach senior stakeholders. * Strong writing and proofing skills with commercial awareness
