Flexible Test Centre Administrator Reading £Negotiable We are currently recruiting for a reliable and dedicated TCA to support with the delivery of various computer based exams for professional adults. This is a part-time position on a flexible contract basis with the possibility of further extension or permanent employment. Shifts / Work Pattern Mon - Occasional Tues - Working Wednes - Working Thurs - OFF Fri - OFF Sat - Working Sun - OFF The Organisation We are an established and reputable education centre based in Reading, Berkshire with a growing team who have extremely high ambitions and professional standards. We have developed a substantial client base of well-known exam boards and government institutions who rely on us to provide a safe and compliant environment for professionals to sit their exams. Job Responsibilities * Collect and verify relevant ID and exam documentation from candidates. * Comply with all exam testing security and procedures and follow company policies using careful judgment. * Proctor / invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test. * Troubleshoot with internal departments, such as our IT department to fix any technical issues in the Test Centre. * Answer inbound telephone calls and appropriately deal with queries. * Housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary Requirements The successful Test Centre Administrator will: * Hold valid DBS (essential) * Have minimum of GCSE level qualifications. * Be organised, friendly and professional. * Be IT literate – competent with programmes such as MS excel. * Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and communication skills
