Job Description
Operations Manager - Bournemouth (Hybrid, 3 Days On-Site) We’re looking for a proactive Operations Manager to join our Bournemouth team and take ownership of day-to-day operations for one of our key customer accounts. This role suits someone with strong organisational and people skills, great resilience, and a can-do attitude - not necessarily from an engineering background, but with transferable experience in project delivery, account management, or operations. What You’ll Do Manage projects and operations across customer accounts. Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Support bids, proposals, and ongoing client relationships. Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and ensure resources meet business needs. Provide clear reporting and input into strategy and planning. Travel weekly to customer sites when required. What You Bring Solid leadership or account management experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organisational abilities and a proactive mindset. Resilience, flexibility, and a great personality that builds trust with clients and teams.
