CNC Turner / Miller Location: Thetford, Norfolk Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience Hours: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a CNC Turner / Miller to join a growing precision engineering team based in Thetford. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in CNC machining, whether you’re early in your career or a highly skilled professional. You will work with Mazak CNC lathes and milling machines, producing high-quality components to customer specifications. Key Responsibilities Operate and set Mazak CNC lathes and milling machines. Read and interpret engineering drawings to produce components to exact tolerances. Carry out programming, setting, and operating duties as required (support and training available for those developing skills). Conduct quality checks using appropriate measuring equipment. Ensure machines are well-maintained and safe to operate. Collaborate with the wider team to meet production targets and deadlines. Key Requirements Previous experience in CNC machining (essential). Familiarity with Mazak machines is desirable but not essential. Ability to interpret technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Flexible and proactive approach to work.
