This Maintenance Engineer role gives you space to do real engineering in a high-speed, state-of-the-art manufacturing site that values its engineers. Shift Options: Maintenance Engineer You’ll work on a 2-week rotation, with no weekend production — giving you regular time off and proper work-life balance. Choose one of two shift patterns: Option A * Week 1: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat – Days * Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri – Nights Option B * Week 1: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed – Nights * Week 2: Mon, Tue, Wed – Days What You’ll Do * Respond quickly to breakdowns and keep production running * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Use your mechanical and electrical skills to fault-find and repair * Work on improvements during downtime * Support production teams with safety and efficiency * Keep accurate maintenance and stock records What We’re Looking For: Maintenance Engineer * Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (mechanical & electrical) * Proactive problem solver * Reliable, organised, and a solid team player What You’ll Get * Up to £47,981 annual salary * Paid weekly – every Friday * 10% profit share bonus (non-contractual) * 252 hours holiday (including bank holidays) * Healthcare cash plan, life cover (2x salary) * Contributory pension scheme * Strong health & safety culture If you’re a Maintenance Engineer who wants to be trusted, supported, and given time to do your job properly — apply today
