You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks. My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services to work in a High profile corporate Head office and due to the nature of the client you will be required to pass a security check. Hours 4 on, 4 off, 4 on, 4 off, Shift Days only - 07:00am - 19:00pm Requirements Apprentice Trained Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent 17th/18th Edition Client Facing Commercial Building Maintenance ExperiencePackage Basic Salary of £54,000 22 Days Annual leave Pension Healthcare Plenty of OT Internal and External Training courses Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above.Duties Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance General building services tasks Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment Three Phase and Single Phase Systems, Building Management Systems & Electrical Monitoring.
