Fabric Engineer Surrey Are you a skilled fabric maintenance engineer looking to take the next step in your career? A prestigious, niche property services company is offering an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Fabric Technician to join their growing team! Working across high-end residential properties in the Surrey area, this role gives you exposure to luxury environments while offering overtime opportunities and a supportive team environment. As the Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for: Completing basic electrical work and plumbing tasks. Carrying out painting, decorating, and carpentry. Delivering a high-quality service to premium residential clients. The Mobile Fabric Technician will be paid up to £33,000 basic salary yearly bonus overtime (time and a half, May-October every other weekend) company car standard holiday bank holidays package.To be successful as the Fabric Engineer, you will have: Proven experience within a multi-trade/fabric maintenance role. Excellent skills in at least one core area, qualification is preferred (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or decorating). A professional and customer-focused approach. A full and clean UK driving licence.The Mobile Fabric Technician will receive up to £33,000 basic bonus overtime (time and a half) company car package.
